How do i cut the background out of a picture using photoshop?

i know its the lasso tool though, but dnt really know how to use it.How do i cut the background out of a picture using photoshop?
The lasso tool is just one of many ways to remove a background. You can use an eraser, use the magic wand or use the lasso tool.





Seeing as how you mentioned the lasso, here's what you do.


Select the lasso tool.


Click and hold in the left mouse button while you move around your image.


When you let go, your selection will be visible.


To add to what you already have selected, hold in the shift key.


To remove parts of what you have selected hold in the Ctrl key.





This is all in the help files and very easy to find. I would also suggest when you open the help files that you look up ';Selections';. In Photoshop there is always more than one way to do something.How do i cut the background out of a picture using photoshop?
you can cut the background using ';Polygonal Lasso Tool'; slowly surrounding what you exactly need to cut. we cant show you the complete tutorial on how to cut the background here. try using this tool ';Polygonal Lasso Tool';

so basically use the lasso tool to select the areas you want to crop out, then hit delete.





my suggestion is to use the pollygonal lasso tool to make your selection. I believe you can choose that but clicking and holding the lasso tool button until several option appear and it should be one of them.
Create a path rather than use the lasso, much more accurate and can be bent to take in corners etc. feather the edge by 1 pixel, then create a mask.
I need to do that too, also clearing writing and writing something else :( It's pretty hard isnt it lol. Hope you find out how
