It depends on how complex the photo or picture is that you are working on.
trying to describe the process here would take a l ong time and a lot of space.
Your best bet is to look up tutorials on photoshop, or go to Barnes and Noble or Amazon.com to get an ';In easy steps'; book on photoshop, they are only $10 US.
