How do i rotate a brush using Adobe Photoshop CS3?

I am designing a myspace background for myself and want to know how to rotate a brush. I downloaded a brush that fits at a 90 degree angle meant for the right corner of a image. How do I rotate the brush so that I can add the same brush on the left corner of my image.
