What is the absolute best and most advanced photoshop program in your opinion?

I think you seriously need to reword your question. The ';best and most advanced photoshop program'; is Adobe Photohop CS3. Only the daft refer to image and photo editing programs as ';photoshop programs.';What is the absolute best and most advanced photoshop program in your opinion?
i think CS2 is the best because suits my needs as a photographer and web designer and it comes with image ready but if your just doing personal stuff photoshop elements 6 would be right for you i dislike CS3 because it comes with lots of stuff i don't even need and image ready doesn't come with it so it really depends what your planing to do with it.
